Participants work directly with a Quadrant senior consultant or Director and confidentiality is assured.

Our approach and methodology is individual, personalised, flexible and informed. Quadrant Executive operates nationally (all Capital Cities and Regional areas) and offers a number of different programs, from entry level right through to senior executive programs:
- Entry Level Program – one month duration
- Supervisor Program – two months duration
- Middle Management Program – three months duration
- Senior Management Program – three months duration
- Executive Program – six months duration
Individually designed approaches and group programs are also available.
