With activity building substantially in the last quarter, we see an increasing number of organisations taking action in 2012 – whether this is by way of acquisition, restructure, realignment or significant investment, the time of waiting seems to be over for many.

The impact of this will again highlight the importance of TALENT – identifying, retaining and developing your key talent. Aberdeen research predicts 25% of the average company's workforce will be considered contingent in 2012 - forcing organisations across the globe to take a hard look at how well they are managing temporary labour.
