Search Agencies and Recruiters have often been viewed with a healthy scepticism - I have never had a great experience on the candidate end!
Russell & his team were exemplary throughout the recruitment process for the role of HR Director here at SBS. At all stages I knew exactly what the status of the process was & was always prepared well and briefed for the upcoming stages. Russell's thorough knowledge of the organisation & the HR world within SBS allowed me to make an informed decision on whether the role met my own internal wish list as a next step in my career. There were no surprises on Day 1 & no "that wasn't in the brochure" moments!
